You have a saving plan to help you save for retirement:

All Children’s Health System, Inc. 403(b) Savings Plan

Eligibility

  • Day 1 for employee contributions
  • 1 year of service (1,000 hours) for employer nonelective and matching contributions

Your contributions

  • You may choose a percentage or fixed dollar amount of your salary to deposit into your account each pay period on a pre-tax and/or after-tax (Roth) basis (up to IRS limits indexed annually).
  • Your contributions vest at 100% immediately.

Employer nonelective contribution

• The hospital adds 4% of annual compensation (plus 1% in excess of Social Security taxable wage base for current year).

Employer matching contribution

The hospital adds a 50% matching contribution of the first 4% of employee pay contributed into the retirement account.

Timing of funding

  • Employer contributions made annually in March after the end of the year; employees must be active through December 31 of prior year to be eligible.

New Hires (hired after January 1, 2023)

 Automatic enrollment for contributions:

  • Employees enrolled at 2% of pay, unless they opt out
  • Contribution rate auto-increases 1% annually (10% maximum)
  • Employees may elect different amount, or none at all, on prospective basis
  • Employees can choose investment options; if none selected, contributions invested in 403(b) plan default fund

Employees receive employer match if they make contributions and receive employer nonelective contributions without additional actions

Your IRS maximum contribution

In 2025, you may contribute up to $23,500 of your gross income. If you are age 50 or older you can contribute up to an additional $7,500.
